1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or in any way using the rebaje platform — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other means of access — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision contained in these terms, you must immediately cease using the rebaje platform and close your account if one has been created.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and rebaje. They apply to all products and services available on the rebaje platform, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, crash games, and any promotional or bonus offers. Use of any single feature of the rebaje platform constitutes acceptance of these terms in full.

rebaje reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, rebaje will notify registered users through the platform. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to the rebaje platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they maintain an active account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. rebaje operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Players under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering, accessing, or using any part of the rebaje platform.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting in a personal capacity, not on behalf of a business entity or third party.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement or cooling-off period — whether imposed by rebaje or agreed to voluntarily — that remains active at the time of access.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is unlawful. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of the rebaje platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or depositing.

If rebaje discovers at any point that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be closed immediately, all deposits will be returned to the original payment method where possible, and any winnings will be forfeited. rebaje cooperates fully with any applicable authority regarding underage gambling incidents.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of rebaje products and services, you must register for a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. rebaje relies on the information you supply, and any inaccuracy may result in account suspension or closure.

• One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to hold one rebaje account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same household — is strictly prohibited. rebaje employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be closed, and any funds held within them may be forfeited.
• Accurate Information: You must register using your real full name, date of birth, and a valid email address. Providing false information at registration constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in permanent account closure.
• Password Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rebaje account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. rebaje will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
• Unauthorised Access: If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the rebaje support team immediately at [email protected]. rebaje is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.
• Account Non-Transferability: Your rebaje account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another person under any circumstances.

rebaje may, at its sole discretion, require additional verification documents before processing withdrawals, activating bonuses, or unlocking certain account features. Acceptable documents typically include a government-issued photo ID, a proof of address dated within three months, and proof of the payment method used. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with the rebaje Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

rebaje supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market. Deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) at all times. rebaje does not charge currency conversion fees.

Accepted payment methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other approved local banking channels. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount on the rebaje platform is ৳200. Specific payment methods may carry higher minimum thresholds — refer to the rebaje Payments page for current limits.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal Processing: rebaje aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes of approval for supported instant payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Processing times for bank transfers may be longer and are subject to the policies of the receiving financial institution.
• Withdrawal to Original Method: rebaje operates an anti-money laundering policy requiring that withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Withdrawals to a different method or a different account holder name will not be processed.
• Deposit Source: All deposits to your rebaje account must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be returned.

rebaje reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reverse any payment transaction where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other prohibited activity. In such cases, rebaje may request additional documentation before releasing funds and may report the activity to the appropriate authorities where legally required.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

rebaje offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between bonus-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the bonus-specific terms will take precedence for that particular offer.

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement — a specified number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games will be clearly stated in each offer's terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to registered rebaje players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each offer. Players who have previously self-excluded, players whose accounts are under investigation, and players who are suspected of bonus abuse are not eligible to participate in promotional offers.
• Bonus Abuse: rebaje actively monitors for patterns of play that constitute bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements, and systematically exploiting promotional mechanics in a way inconsistent with genuine recreational play. rebaje reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is identified.
• Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonuses and associated free spins that are not used within the specified validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Withdrawal of Bonuses: rebaje reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such withdrawal does not affect bonuses already credited and in active use by a player.

Seasonal promotions — such as those tied to Pohela Boishakh, Eid, BPL season launches, or T20 World Cup tournaments — are subject to the same general bonus policy in addition to any event-specific terms published with the promotion.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets on the rebaje platform operate according to specific product rules that are published within each game or market. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable rules before participating.

• Certified RNG: All casino games on the rebaje platform use certified random number generators (RNG) supplied by the game provider. The outcome of every game is independently generated and cannot be influenced by rebaje or by any player action outside of the permitted game mechanics.
• Sports Betting Settlement: Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result provided by the recognised governing body for that sport (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL fixtures, the ICC for international cricket matches, FIFA for football events). rebaje's trading team decision is final in cases where official result data is unavailable or disputed.
• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by rebaje. rebaje reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a confirmed bet receipt on the platform.
• Obvious Errors: In the event of a manifest error — such as a grossly incorrect price being offered due to a technical fault — rebaje reserves the right to void bets placed at that price. Players who benefit from an obvious error in bad faith may have their accounts investigated.
• Live Betting: In-play betting markets for cricket and other sports are updated in real time based on data feeds. Slight delays in live data may occur. rebaje is not liable for any discrepancy between the platform's displayed in-play state and the actual state of play at any given moment, provided reasonable efforts are made to keep data current.
• Maximum Winnings: rebaje may apply maximum payout limits per event, per sport, or per game type. Where applicable, these limits are published in the relevant game or market rules.

7. Responsible Gaming Policy

rebaje is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and must never be pursued as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses.

Every rebaje account includes access to the following responsible gaming tools, available at any time through account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit to your rebaje account. Limits can be reduced immediately; requests to increase a limit are subject to a minimum 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications to alert you after a specified period of play, helping you stay aware of time spent on the platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break from gambling by activating a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a longer exclusion from the rebaje platform for periods of 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 5 years, or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen period.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Players must use the rebaje platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the rebaje platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform while under the age of 18.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any technical exploit, software tool, bot, script, or unauthorised automation.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using insider information to place sports bets, or placing bets on events in which you have a direct involvement or influence over the outcome.
• Using the rebaje platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Depositing funds originating from illegal activity.
• Abusing the rebaje bonus or promotional system in any manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Attempting to interfere with the rebaje platform's technical infrastructure, including denial-of-service attacks, SQL injection, or any other form of unauthorised system access.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing rebaje staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

rebaje employs fraud detection systems that monitor for prohibited conduct automatically. Human review is applied to all flagged accounts. rebaje's determination regarding prohibited conduct is final, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in the applicable product rules.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

rebaje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Detection of duplicate account creation.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• A request from a competent legal or regulatory authority.
• Activation of a voluntary self-exclusion by the account holder.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, rebaje will endeavour to complete the investigation as promptly as reasonably possible. Where an account is permanently closed due to a breach of these terms, any funds held in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited at rebaje's discretion, depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the rebaje support team. Where a closure is voluntary and no breach of terms has occurred, the balance of the account will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rebaje's liability to any player arising from or related to the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — is limited to the total amount deposited by that player to their rebaje account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rebaje is not liable for any of the following, even if rebaje has been advised of the possibility of such losses:

• Loss of profits, revenues, business opportunities, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind.
• Losses arising from technical faults, platform outages, internet connectivity issues, or interruptions outside of rebaje's direct control.
• Losses arising from the actions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or data feed providers.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits rebaje's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Amendments to These Terms

rebaje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made for reasons including but not limited to: changes in applicable law, changes to the products and services offered on the platform, changes to payment processing arrangements, or improvements to player protections.

When material amendments are made, rebaje will notify registered players by publishing a notice on the platform and, where appropriate, by sending a notification to the email address associated with the player's account. The effective date of any amendment will be clearly stated on the updated terms page.

Continued use of the rebaje platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect. Closing your account in response to a material amendment that negatively affects your rights will not result in forfeiture of your account balance, subject to standard verification requirements.

Complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved, wherever possible, within 5 business days. Where a complaint requires extended investigation, rebaje will keep the player informed of progress at regular intervals until the matter is resolved.
